Whanganui Surf Lifeguard Service gears up for summer patrols

Whanganui lifeguards are gearing up to begin a seven-day-a-week operation at Kai Iwi and Castlecliff beaches this summer.

The patrols will start in early December and go through to Waitangi weekend with lifeguards posted at both beaches from 12pm to 6pm each day, including on holidays.
